The service

ElmSite helps you create a one-page website from your answers to a questionnaire, using AI writing, search data and stock photos, and hosts it at a elmpage.com address or a domain you own.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business to use ElmSite.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Verify your email address before publishing.

Free trial, billing and cancelling

• The Do it yourself plan costs $19 per month after a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. You are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.
• When you cancel, your site stays live until the end of the paid month, then goes offline. We keep your content for 30 days, then delete it.
• The optional done-for-you setup costs $49, paid upfront, with no free trial. Your monthly subscription starts when we deliver the finished site.
• Payments, sales tax and VAT are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Your content

You own the content you provide and the text of your site. You give us permission to store, process and publish it so we can provide the service.

AI drafts are suggestions. You must review your site before publishing and you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and follows the laws and professional rules that apply to you (for example, licensing-board rules for therapists).

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Stock photos are provided under the Unsplash License.

Acceptable use

Your use of ElmSite must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may suspend or remove sites that break it.

No ranking guarantee

We build sites following Google's published SEO guidance, but we do not control search engines and cannot guarantee any ranking, traffic or number of enquiries.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ElmSite and your site available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by email or on this page.

Ending the service

You can stop using ElmSite at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

ElmSite is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
